The exercises are feasible for everyone, even if you cannot ride a horse. Everything takes place next to the horse.
Horses are very sensitive animals that live in the here and now. They accept everyone unconditionally, have no judgment and therefore perfectly sense where our beliefs or blockages stand in our way. Instinctively, they will feedback or “mirror” this to us.
In a safe environment you can easily gain new insights and experiment with new behavior. This context allows you to get to the essence quickly.
Equicoaching can be followed both on an individual level (personal) and in a group (collective).
During an intake interview in which the coach actively listens to your story, goals are set together and a plan of approach tailored to your needs is made.
